Terms of Service

By accessing or using PyramidForge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PyramidForge is a strength-training calculator and journal published by Mark Kelly Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Service generates suggested pyramid workouts for bench press, squat, and deadlift from inputs you provide, and offers optional cloud sync, goals, achievements, and public leaderboards for signed-in users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating one, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Strength training carries inherent risk.

Heavy lifts, near-maximum loads, and pyramid programming in particular involve exposure to weights that can cause serious injury — including but not limited to muscle strains, ligament damage, joint injury, disc herniation, traumatic injury from dropped or unracked weights, cardiovascular events, or death.

PyramidForge is not medical advice and is not a substitute for qualified medical or coaching guidance.

The numerical outputs and progression suggestions are algorithmic projections based on the values you enter. They do not account for your medical history, current health, biomechanics, equipment, technique, recovery state, fatigue, or environment.

You assume all risk of injury, harm, or loss arising from your use of the Service.

By using PyramidForge you represent and agree that:

• You are physically capable of performing the lifts at the loads you choose, or you accept the consequences of attempting them.
• You have consulted (or have knowingly chosen not to consult) a qualified physician, trainer, or coach before training at meaningful loads.
• You will use proper form, appropriate equipment, and competent spotters or safety apparatus where warranted.
• You will stop or reduce load if any movement feels unsafe.
• You are solely responsible for selecting weights, sets, reps, variants, and progression decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Kelly Productions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including injury, death, property damage, lost wages, medical bills, or any other harm — whether the cause is the Service’s outputs, third-party content, technical failures, or any other source.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or non-public data.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or lifting accomplishments on public leaderboards.
• Use the Service for commercial coaching or for-profit programs without a separate written license from us.

The Service — including its formulas, copy, code, brand marks, and visual design — is owned by Mark Kelly Productions LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of the data you enter (your lifts, goals, and notes). By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it back to you, and — only if you opt in — to display anonymized buckets of it on public leaderboards.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mark Kelly Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mark Kelly Productions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Your continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Mark Kelly Productions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
